Style: Tap

Level: Beginner/Intermediate

Song: “The Greatest Show,” “Come Alive,” and “The Other Side” from The Greatest Showman

Time/Place: Sunday @ 8PM (SC Dance Studio)

Number of Dancers: 25

Description: This dance includes a lot of rhythm and technique, all while expressing personality and character. It will be focused on musicality and moving to different beats. Finally and most importantly, this dance will be full of fun!

Level: Intermediate

Time/Place: Monday @ 6PM (SC Dance Studio)

Description: This is a face paced routine. We want dancers to feel the energy of the song and put that into their dancing, while having fun! Tap experience is preferred.

Description: This dance will be an intermediate style that has an upbeat, fun rhythm. We want all dancers to be comfortable and have a lot of energy on stage! Dancers should have some tap experience and should be ready to bring their smiles on stage!

Level: Beginner/Intermediate

Description: This is a more mellow hip-hop, starting slower with “Gold” and then picking up the pace in the second half. It will incorporate very strong and sharp movements. Paying attention to musical detail is also very important.

Description: This is a very intricate, dramatic, and high confidence hip-hip routine. Facial expressions and attitude are a must!

Description: Throwing it back to the early 2000s. Get ready to snap your fingers and do ya step! This hip-hop dance will be fast paced and full of energy, so come prepared to walk it out. If you are down to get your swag on…meet me in the studio, it’s goin’ down!

Description: This dance fuses two unique styles together. One group will be hip-hop and one group will be contemporary, but in the end all dancers will come together to end powerfully with hip-hop. Get ready to have FUN!

Description: This dance possesses a lot of sharp movements and group tricks. Turns and extensions are used to add a dynamic aspect to this dance. Dancers will need a deep understanding of the song and the ability to convey the character on stage.
