- Mentor Program In order for underclassmen to feel comfortable within their field, better understand what professors or classes to take and know how to go about getting an internship, they can really benefit from a strong relationship with an upperclassman. Our mentor program serves to build relationships between underclassmen and upperclassmen through informal meetings and workshops. If you'd like to get involved in either a mentor or mentee capacity, email Melissa.Saxe1@marist.edu.
