The Executive Board is the executive branch of Marist College Student Government Association, members are appointed by the student body president to advise the Student Body President on issues relevant to the operation of SGA as well as passing executive legislation.

A. The Executive Board is responsible for advising the Student Body President on topics that may affect campus issues and SGA operations.

B. The Executive Board shall act as the cabinet to the Student Body President and report to him/her on issues concerning their respective positions.

C. The Executive Board can only advise on issues and has no official voting power.

D. The Student Body President may call for a vote of record of the Executive Board, but has no obligations to follow the decision of the board in the vote.

The Executive Board is made up of the following offices Student Body President, Executive Vice President, Executive Secretary, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Information Officer, VP for Athletics, Director of Public Relations, VP of Student Life, VP of Student Programming, VP for Academic Affairs, VP for Club Affairs, Parliamentarian, and Elections Commissioner.
